At Karchel, we specialize in authentic vintage Moroccan rugs. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition as received: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact.karchel@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our rugs, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders
Discounted or sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

Because each vintage rug is one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not always possible. If you would like a different rug, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
