What to include

- 02 Photos, if something is wrong. If a piece arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, send photos with your first message and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 03 The piece you mean. For a question before buying, the product name or a link to the page saves us guessing between two similar rugs.
- 04 Your size or room, for rugs. Tell us the space you are filling and we will say plainly whether a piece suits it, including when it does not.
