Item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
Final sale items are not eligible for return

Free Return Shipping
Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, including free return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
